Are you appointment only? If so, where can I book?

We are appointment-based, so we prioritize appointments first. However, walk-ins are welcomed as well. You can book your appointment by clicking “Book Now” — located on the main page. You’ll have successfully booked an appointment when you receive an email confirmation. A text reminder will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment, in case any last minute changes.

How should I prepare myself before my haircut?

Please come with your hair washed, and don’t wear a hat. Oftentimes, hats leave marks and cause the hair to be formed out of its natural state.

What should I do when I arrive for my appointment?

Please notify your artist or state that you have an appointment before sitting in the waiting area.

When should I arrive to my appointment?

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you’re late, please call to notify the shop of your current estimated time arrival. The artists will schedule you accordingly afterwards. To cancel an existing appointment (must be canceled 24 hours in advance to your appointment), you can contact us through email (Halloffadesstudio@gmail.com) / call (647-222-5389).

What payment methods are accepted at Hall of Fades Studio?

The artists are open to choose which payment methods they want to accept. The shop provides multiple payment options, such as cash, debit, ATM and E-transfers (Depends on the artist preference).

What if I cannot find any time slots?

The booking site will display the soonest time slots available. Please book in advance to obtain your preferred time slot and to avoid having your artist be unavailable.

Are walk ins accepted?

Walk-ins are always welcomed within shop hours. However, if all artists are fully booked from pre-existing appointments, we will be unable to accommodate any walk-ins for that day.

What is the easiest way to contact the shop or a barber?

You can call (647) 222-5389 or email halloffadesstudio@gmail.com. If you wish to contact a specific artist, you can reach them directly through their mobile numbers or their social media platforms.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy applies when you’re a “No-Show” and/or fail to notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment. Once the 24 hour window passes, you won’t have access to make any adjustments. You will be categorized as a “No-Show” within the booking system and charged in full for the appointment you missed on top of the next.
